13 stalwarts gathered at
the club to enjoy the post winter solstice and to celebrate the commencement of
the lengthening days towards the forthcoming soaring season.
The weather was cold,
sunny, with a moderate south westerly wind which allowed the 8 acre field to be
used, XXI and DVX were given an airing with members pairing up for a bit of
mutual flying.
