Good to hear that some of the good weather was saved for the weekend, and that members got in some flying amongst the snow flurries.
Danny C had a check flight with Russell, then experienced his first solo cable break before getting 18 minutes in the air using some patchy lift. All good practice, and with soaring last and this week we're beginning to feel positive about spring. It's time to start watching the weather and getting current if you're not already. Our mid week team start work in earnest in April, and I understand that there will be arrangements for winching throughout March if you want to take advantage of the good days whilst the rest of us are stuck at work.
