Low centred over the UK QFE 964, so not surprisingly some strong winds.
Eric Lown stepped in and ran the winch for us, so many thanks to him. Launches on the short hard were to about 1200ft, reasonably useful for training.
Laura and Richard continued their training, and Richard was rewarded with a spectacular climb in front of one of the showers. We put the aircraft away as the winds strengthened further and significant gusts made life a little too exciting.
Talk on winch launches was followed by Lamb Satay finished the day off nicely. Shame about the weather.
